After a few uses, the battery cover would no longer stay on unit. Drugstore.com was GREAT about getting me a replacement, which they shipped at no charge even before they received the defective unit I returned. Customer service rocks on this site!

This worked great the first few times, but it requires battery replacement often, and after a few months the battery part broke off and it was not usable. I contacted the company about a replacement and was ignored. I also had bought one for my sister that had an updated battery part design that appeared to be related to the problem, but her battery door broke after six months. We are both using another brand that is better.

This does a great job of keeping my heels and bottom of my feet baby smooth! I used to use a bladed implement and often cut too deeply into my foot, creating a painful skinned area. I wasn't sure if this could handle my cracked heels and spot on side of my big toe, but it works great! It's so gentle, I couldn't believe how smooth my feet were after using it. Great addition to my pedicure basket!

After so many rave reviews on here, I really believed this would be a low risk purchase. Boy, was I wrong. Which leads me to question the authenticity of reviews made for this product as I found the battery operated made this tool the most expensive file I have ever purchased. As soon as it touches my feet, the power just seems to drain. I tried over the same section of my feet to no noticeable improvement, and that included putting a pair of brand new batteries and boy am I irritated. I should have purchased the power cord one at a store with a reasonable return policy. After many years of drugstore.com purchases, I am done with this vendor.

I have bad heals that will never look good. at least with this tool I can control the dead skin build up using it once a week.

I am glad that i bought the Emjoi Micro-Pedi to try on my feet. It really helps me to make my own little spa at home. Summer makes my feet really dry, and i don't always have the time to go to the spa but with this tool i can keep my feet looking great, so smooth and it is gentle yet very effective at exfoliating all the dead skin. I just add my favorite lotion, or essential oils with a little massage for the perfect finish.
If you have very dry feet you may need more than 2 times of use of this Micro-Pedi to get the results that you want. You can also try the super coarse refills and see if that works better on your feet.

I've searched long & hard for a great, easy-to-use pedicure tool to keep my feet in sandal-ready shape. I've tried all sorts of pedicure tools, including the very expensive Clarisonic tool (3x the price of the Micro-Pedi tool).

Nothing is as easy to use & as effective as the Micro-Pedi. What I really love about this tool is that it's fast & easy to use....it gently buffs away the rough spots on my feet without causing cuts & without slicing into delicate skin on my feet. As a competitive athlete, my feet take a beating but I refuse to walk around with ugly, calloused feet.

I'd recommend this gem of a pedicure tool to anyone. In fact, I just ordered one as a surprise gift for my sister (who will love it, I am sure!).

Product is very easy to use and the results are incredible. The heels of my feet are dry and cracked. After using Emjoi they are very smooth.
