I have been using this Walgreen product in place of the regular brand product because it is less expensive and the ingredients listed are the same for the pain killer aspect. I have been taking 2 pills one to two times a day when my back is stiff and I experience occasional 'prickly' sensations of discomfort.
I get about 6 hours relief per dose - same for both products. The only difference I have noted, which can be somewhat problematic, is that the coating of the pills is less effective than the brand pills; specifically these pills dissolve more quickly and must be swallowed as soon as you put them in your mouth. Have your glass of water ready and take one pill at a time to 'complete' the swallow before the dissolving starts.
