After not being able to find Imodium A-D pills anymore online (without buying in bulk, that is, which is too expensive), I was in a panic. I have fibromyalgia, and it causes periodic flare-ups of stomach pain (I'm literally doubled over), terrible nausea, diarrhea & extreme bloating that nothing helps. My hands swell up, I feel like a balloon, and every food imaginable makes me sick. No treatment was effective, including taking Pepto-Bismol, water pills, electrolyte replacement, changes in diet. Nothing was working, and this had gone on for a week during my most recent attack. When I got this & took the medicine, the pain, nausea & diarrhea went away within 45 minutes AND HAS NOT RETURNED! It has been several days, and with only two doses (two pills at first, then one pill an hour later or so), my symptoms have not returned. I am back to being able to eat whatever I want, I have no stomach pain & am not spending my life in the bathroom. I was in so much pain before that I was ready to go to the ER (which I try to avoid like the Black Plague). This is amazing stuff. It works every bit as well as Imodium A-D, but at a better price. Truly a godsend, I hope & pray this is not just something available temporarily. My first-aid kit at home, at work & in my travel bag will never be without this product!
