This product should not be used by people who are insensitive to temperature extremes, such as those with circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage or paralysis.  DO NOT  heat in a microwave oven.  DO NOT sit, lie or lean on the compress, since breakage and/or leaks could result.  Adult supervision is required when treating infants and children.  Use only as directed.

Usage Directions:

2. Keep Compress in a freezer bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
1. Place the compress directly on the affected area - no additional protective cover needed
3. Apply for no longer than 20 minutes
5. After use, place the compress in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour before using again
4. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying

Storage and Care:

• Keep the Walgreens multi-purpose cold compress in the freezer bag in the freezer when not in use
• Even though contents are nontoxic, dispose of a torn or ruptured compress

To Clean:  Gently blot with warm water and air dry.
