I really depend upon this to keep my allergies at bay and it helps me enormously. I still use my rescue inhaler and keep my house as free from allergens as I can, but I also was able to adopt a puppy which I don't think would have happened without this product.
I take a half about every 4-6 hours. That's what works for me because this medication does cause me to become drowsy so I try to keep to a lower dose.
That being said it really works well for me and I would not be without it.

Wal-Dryl is great for those who suffer from allergy and sinus headaches. I had a full-blown allergy headache and took one caplet instead of the recommended two caplets and my symptoms were all relieved within a half hour!
Do not use more than directed (see overdose warning)
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 2 caplets every 4 hours
Do not take more than 12 caplets in 24 hours
Children under 12 years: Do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.
