Comments about Mucinex Maximum Strength Expectorant, Extended-Release Bi-Layer Tablets, 1200 mg, 42 ea:
We take this at the first onset of a cold, for use with both stuffy/runny nose symptoms as well as coughing. My husband and I really feel that it helps keeps things "loose" so nothing ever lingers in our systems and turns more serious (like pneumonia or infection). Once at night, once in the morning, helps to keep mucus at bay.
Comments about Mucinex Maximum Strength Expectorant, Extended-Release Bi-Layer Tablets, 1200 mg, 42 ea:
Ihave been using Mucinex for years. I decided to go on autoship during this allergy season for me and my son. We both take Mucinex with our allergy meds when we are stuffed up. This works wonders in keeping the stuffiness at bay. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is very effective and fast acting.
Comments about Mucinex Maximum Strength Expectorant, Extended-Release Bi-Layer Tablets, 1200 mg, 42 ea:
I have asthma and chronic sinusitis, so it is important for me to keep my pulmonary airways and nasal sinuses clear. This product is an expectorant, which loosens secretions and helps do that. I take it twice a day, and I wish that a generic equivalent in the 1200-mg. dose were available, since it's pretty expensive.
Comments about Mucinex Maximum Strength Expectorant, Extended-Release Bi-Layer Tablets, 1200 mg, 42 ea:
I have asthma, but I also sing. However, if I practice too frequently--or not often enough--I can have a thick, unclear voice. I took this medication while it still needed to be prescribed, so the over-the-counter price seems expensive, but nothing works like it does to thin muccous and enable me to use my voice as it should be used (I also teach college). My voice specialist prescribed this medication ten years ago! Just drink LOTS of water with it and during the day.
