I think these cotton balls are great. A lot of the reviewers say that they're too small, but I don't agree. Sizewise, they are perfect. I use them for everything (applying toner, removing nail polish, removing make up, etc.). They are big enough to absorb enough nail polish remover for ALL TEN finger nails. I use one when applying toner for my face though it's got so much toner left I rub it everywhere else until it's mostly done. They are super absorbent, so don't let it's size trick you, it's actually holding a lot of the product. Why would you want to use a super big cotton ball that absorbs so much more product and most of it doesn't actually get used?

These cotton balls are a great value and will even end up helping you save money because you won't be leaving most of your product on the cotton ball.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for any basic toiletry product, let alone COTTON BALLS. I didn't even bother to read the reviews - how could cotton balls fail me? Well, these cotton balls are ridiculous. No wonder the price was so good. You have to hold at least three of these cotton balls together to do anything useful. One cotton ball doesn't even start to cover the mouth of any bottle, so you can't even hold cotton over the end of the bottle and do a quick tip to get the cotton ball wet. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time I use one, I get angry.

Too small to be useful. Have to hold 3-4 cotton balls together to be able to use.

I only purchased these to hit the $35 minimum for free shipping. They're too small to use for removing makeup or nail polish. Could be used to stuff a small pillow I suppose.

I use cotton balls or pads to cleanse my face with olive oil nightly. These cotton balls are nice & soft, but just too small for this use.

A small cotton ball is perfect for applying polish remover, alcohol, astringent or pretty much anything. The larger, more popular balls just waste product. These are perfect.
