Had a chronic dry cough for nearly a year, couldn't shake it. Took every OTC remedy you can name, with no improvement. Whenever I talked, especially on the phone, my chest and throat tightened up and I had a coughing fit. Hate going to doctors, no disrespect intended, but didn't want the hassle of tests, copayments, etc. Was almost desperate enough to see an MD, but read about this product online and decided to try it as a last resort. Received it on a Weds, started taking it (4x daily) that night. By Sat night, the cough was all but gone. I can noticeably now inhale much more deeply than before, with no coughing. It tastes great, would probably be wonderful on pancakes were it not a bit expensive! Have tapered down to once a day and am feeling great. Am so grateful to have found this product and would (have, in fact!) recommend it wholeheartedly. Seriously hope I will never have to be without this again. Don't know how it works, I'm just glad that it does.

I've used this in the past and found that it shortens and improves respiratory problems. It also tastes good. I recommend this product as a precursor to any respiratory symptoms

I teach school, whenever I am exposed to a cold or flu I start taking Sambucus. If I start to get the sniffles I up the dosage to a couple of times per day. I am able to fight off viral illness when I am faithful with taking it. IT is VERY expensive though and one bottle doesn't last long.

Seemed to work for us on the FIRST sign of a cold. My father is 85 and get broncitis easily - seemed to work for him too. Only wish it wasn't so sweet and sugary. I know they have a sugarless formula, but I don't like the artificial stuff that goes with it. Also, wish it was a little cheaper. You go through a bottle very quickly.
