I used this product as directed and saw no changes whatsoever. I had no problems before using this product and thought it might help clean me out rather then just cure a symptom. I've decided to just fast a whole day once a month.

This is a great product. It doesn't cause cramps or upset your system, you just feel like you have to go to the bathroom naturally. The product looks like ground wheat. Just mix one tablespoon with 8 oz. of juice or water and drink. It will have the consistency of apple sauce that's watered down a bit. It works within a few hours. If you take it at bed time, you will have a bowel movement by morning. This product works!

i've used this product for several years and have had consistent results. it's part of my evening ritual before going to bed or a couple hours after dinner. in the morning, i have a natural and thorough bm. highly reccomended. i tried other psyllium husk products and fibers, but none were as effective.

I have had problems with regular bowel movements for over a decade. As a person whose stomach takes on the stress of life, I always carried Pepto-Bismol and Imodium AD in every bag at all times. Being a professional who can't deal with the suddenness of laxatives, I was looking for a way to regulate myself with little discomfort or embarrassment. Since using this product for only a few weeks, I have had daily regularity. The product produced results in about 24 hours after initial use. I find this brand is superior over the others as it is coarser, denser, and produces the most thorough cleaning. There is initial slight bloating in the beginning which lessens in a few days. I highly recommend this product as it produces controlled bowel movements while giving a feeling of being completely "cleaned out".

This is good stuff. I have used this product many times as a colon cleanser. This product does NOT create a "Mount Vesuvius" effect. Usually within about 12 hours or so, one will get the urge gently. Also, when one is doing his business, this product is gentle and thorough. I highly recommend it. Just make sure to use enough water when you mix it and drink it down quickly. And follow it with a glass of water as psyllium absorbs water.
