Product is not intneded to be flowery or perfumery. It's a skin toner, and it does what it says. I rarely try new products. Bad experiences with sensitive skin, so if what I am using works, why switch? I took the chance on Dickinson's Witch Hazel because the price is certainly right, and I liked the idea of using less harsh chemiscals on my skin. Something more natural. Pleased with my switch and no need to look further!

This product is worth adding to your regimen. After using this product regularly for about a month I haven't seen any jaw dropping miracle changes to my overall complexion. However, this product makes your face feel clean (but not dehydrated like alcohol containing alternatives), it's gentle, and absolutely non greasy. The smell is awful... almost unbearable!

I wash my face twice a day. I use witch hazel everytime afterwards. After 2 weeks of using this product my face looks and feels flawless. And as the following comments says the smell is not that great. After like 2 days if using it you should be use to the smell. And note the bad smell DOES NOT stay on your skin!

I am a person who believes in using toner. This is all natural, a very large bottle and inexpensive BUT I don't love it. It smells very bad but that goes away quickly. I just don't see any noticeable difference in pores, pimples, or overall quality of my facial skin. The only thing I do notice that is beneficial is that after I shave and use this, my face is less hot. I would not buy it again.

Although the smell takes some time of getting used to. It didn't irritate my skin. The bottle is huge so it should last a couple months or more.

I add it to Purell to thin it, make it less gooey, and extend it. Also add to baby wipes for between bath clean-ups and to add more moisture to them.

Let me start of by saying THANK YOU to everyone who has written a review on Witch Hazel. I purchased mine off of your great reviews! I am in my mid twenties and I have troubled with cystic acne and nodular scarring since I was 16 years old. The only time I ever used a toner was when it came in an acne cleansing kit, such as Pro-activ & Murad. The toner in both of those kits dried out my face. I just recently purchased this Dickinson's Witch Hazel from my local drug store & I have been using it for a week now. In just one week, I am so excited to say that my skin has a visible change to it. My old acne marks that were an awful purplish/reddish color seem to be fading, my pores are smaller than ever, and my skin tone is so even. My skin is soft and supple. I credit this toner to also givng my skin a nice, fresh awakened look. Because of all those things, I think my skin looks younger. Even though I am 24, my skin looked more aged because of all the harsh things I've put on it trying to treat my acne. BUY this product, and use it in the morniing after cleansing, and at night after cleansing. Only negative thing about Witch Hazel is the smell. It's awful! But it goes away after you apply it and after the first week it isn't so bothersome anymore!

i have been using this product for couple weeks now and the result is pretty good it did clears away a lot of my blackhead.the only thing i dont like about this product is the smell .it doesnt smell good but it doesnt smell bad.

I love that it's just as effective as most of the toners I have used, but much more gentle. There is no alcohol burn and it doesn't dry out my skin at all. It removes make up pretty nicely as well. And since it's all natural, I'm not covering my skin in a bunch of chemicals all the time. The ONLY downside is the smell. It's not a STRONG smell by any means it's just not a good smell. I've used different brands of witch hazel toners in the past and they didn't smell this.... weird. After using it for a couple weeks, I got used to it and my boyfriend says that the scent disappears from my skin after about 15 minutes, so it doesn't linger very long. I think it's a great product and I will continue to buy it, but if you are super sensitive to smells, it's probably not for you.
