I got my epilator last week and only used it once. Now I can't charge it, the battery sign shows empty all the time!

I did not want to jump into conclusions & waited 10 months after purchase , to write any reviews. The cordless function absolutely awesome, battery life is great. It is also very light weight. However, unlike advertised the head is NOT wider than any of the previous models. It does not pluck the hair from the root, instead it just quickly pulls it from near the skin surface.I think the reason is that the non rotating portion of the head is slightly higher than the rotating part, not on the same level,so the tweezers get close but not enough! this messy plucking makes you need shaving once a week, which is not expected from an epilator.

I'd never used an epilator before--I'm one of those rare ladies blessed with pretty fair leg hair so shaving isn't a do-or-die proposition for me. It stings quite a bit and the unit is a little noisy, so for my money I'll probably stick to a razor. That said, it really works--and if you loathe shaving all the time, this is definitely something to consider!

This epilator really does get the job done. It removes hair and leaves a nice silky finish. All the different heads that come with it are great for fine tuning to your specific needs. It is, however, super painful! I was unable to get through more than half of one leg because of the painful sensation. This isn't the product for me but for someone with a higher pain tolerance, it works great.

A product you have to get used to. If you have never waxed or used one it will take some time to get adjusted to the sensation of the way it feels when you use it.
One thing that I really liked about it was all the attachments it came with. Since each person is different it is great you have so many options to find the one that is best for you.
About the tweezer the only good thing about it is that it has a light other then that not a good pair of tweezers. Pulled my skin when I tried to use them. I currently have owned a pair of tweezers for over 10+ years and I love them. If your buying the philips satin perfect for the tweezers - Don't its not a good pair of tweezers at all.
When I used the trimmer I did have to go over the same spot twice but it did work. The shaver I used it under my arms. Worked wonderfully. It was so easy and fast to use and left it smooth. I will be using it all the time.
Next the epilator. This was my first time using an epilator I have been waxing since I was a teenager. I used each attachment in order to find which one was the best for me. The one that worked the best for me was the Active massaging one. It was the least painful. I am so use to waxing and this was a different painful sensation that you have to get used to. I have used it a few times since receiving it and I am finally getting used to it.
It did leave my skin with red bumps at first however I used the aloe cream I always use when I wax and within hours the redness went away leaving my skin smooth.
It was also so easy to clean with the brush which I loved. And it being rechargeable is also a plus.
I would recommend this product if you would like a great alternative to messy waxing so your legs stay hair free longer then just regular shaving but be prepared it will be painful until you get used to the feeling.

This was way more effective than I thought it was going to be - but ouch! - a little too intense. It does come with some AWESOME tweezers with an LED light that shines perfectly on those tricky little hairs that hide while you're trying to get them. I'll probably pass on more epilating, but will tweeze on!
