I have to take this amount 3 times a day and I do enjoy both flavors. I can keep a few in my purse easily. I was a little disappointed that they were 40 calories each so I have to eat 120 calories daily just to avoid swallowing those enourmous tablets that stuck in my esophagus. I found another chewable calcium I enjoyed (Bariatric Advantage) that had lower calories only to find out it only had half the calcium of Caltrate so I came ahead calorie-wise with the Caltrate for the milligrams I needed per day.

I started using this product as a calcium supplement since having gastric bypass surgery in 2012. I really look forward to having one every few days although it can be taken daily.
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST product if you love chocolate and also need to have extra Calcium in your diet. Such a GREAT treat to have...get your Calcium along with a great chocolate moment!!!
I ordered both the Lemon and Chocolate Creamy Bites and the lemon ones tasted fine and had a good texture, but the chocolate ones came melted and taste funny. The same chocolate bites from a hospital gift shop taste good and are not melted. I will not order the chocolate ones again.

I have to have three a day, spread out over 8 hours. They are more convenient than pills because I don't have to have water. I wish they had this in dark choc.
I was looking for a chocolate-tasting source of calcium citrate to encourage me to take my daily calcium. I dislike swallowing large pills, so I thought these would be perfect. Although other reviewers seem to like these, I thought they tasted awful! The texture is also less chewy than I had anticipated which seems to add to the unpleasant experience of having them in my mouth. Unfortunately, I ordered many boxes so I could get free shipping.
