While the feel and moisturizing ability of this lotion are nice, I really didn't like the smell. Yes, it is supposed to be a baby lotion, but even if I had a baby, I wouldn't want to put this lotion on him/her. The smell is strong and a mix of powdery and flowery smells, much like baby powder. I hate to say it, but I just can't enjoy this lotion because of this smell. I guess I'm just not like the other reviewers that love the smell. The quality of the lotion itself is nice, but I've used better.
So glad the original formula is still available. Feels really nourishing to the skin and has the mildest natural fragrance. This is a good size, love the pump--great deal!
I wash my hands many times a day and I put lotion on after each washing. This lotion absorbs quickly and makes my hands feel smooth. I have used Burt's Bees lotion in the tube but this is much more convenient.It's hard to get the last bit of lotion out of the tube. I also use this as a body lotion after I have a shower.
I love the Burt's Bees product line. I cannot comment on the moisturization, skin absorption and i'm sure it's excellent in those areas. I purchased this after reading the reviews and thought the scent would be light and not overpowering. Buyer: take note that this scent is really strong. We found it to be too overwhelming. I appreciate Drugstore.com's customer service as they have taken my overall satisfaction into account.
I LOVE this stuff! I have used this on my son since he was born (he's now 14 months) and really like it. I have tried some other products but always come back to this. We used Shea Moisture for babies and it smelled really strong, I liked it for myself but not on my baby. Arbonne ABC baby lotion didn't keep his skin moisturized and smelled....not good. This lotion has a nice light and clean smell, matches the baby wash scent perfectly and leaves his skin soft and smooth all day. Love it!
Best part is that drugstore.com sells it in a 12 oz. pump for a great price, can't find the pump bottle in any stores!
