I purchase coffee pod papers elsewhere that have glue on the edges and seal in fresh coffee with an iron using a soft pod maker. I make a cannister full of them. That way I do not need to mess with wet coffee grounds ever. There are two holders for coffee both removeable. I removed the screened holder for ground coffee and put it in a drawer and place my coffee pod in the bottom holder. This little machine makes a good cup of coffee it is fast and hot. I recommend this and may purchase a second one to pack away if this one wears out. It comes with a cup as shown but the contour of the cup makes it bit top heavy and easy to topple over. It will hold a variety of cup sizes.

I only drink a cup or two of coffee a day. This makes it easier when I am not in the mood for instant. I use to make a cup or two at a time in the larger makers, but this is so much easier. My family uses it just to warm the water for hot chocolate. The size lets you leave it on the counter and not take up the space the larger makers do.
