This is an excellent expenditure of funds as it is sturdy in use, with large capacity for 17.6 pound bags of dry cat food, for instance, and the wire spoked wheels hold up against crushing by bus "kneeling" mechanisms plus countless kicks from other passengers. Plastic spoked wheels render a cart useless fast. I use a LARGE Black plastic garbage bag and insert a box at the bottom to give me additional structure and privacy for bringing home groceries.
