These cotton swabs aren't the greatest. They are pretty flimsy and I do not really recommend them for use of cleaning your ears. They are pretty fantastic though to remove makeup (I use them to get rid of my eyeliner)and it's super affordable which is a huge plus

I bought these to save a dollar and honestly wish I hadn't. (I bought 4 boxes) the shaft is thin and actuacts bends/snaps during use and the cotton tips are compacted and thin. I ended up leaving one box out as decorative in my bathroom (they are attractive looking) but the rest are in my emergency first aid kit and I bought Q-Tips to replace them in my everyday use
To clean ears, stroke swab gently around the outer surface of the ears. To Open: Press in bottom center and pull up along perforation. To Reclose: Return cover to original position, pressing corners (1) to lock.
