Without question, the Gillette Fusion Shaving Gel provides me with the closest, most comfortable shave to date. It only takes a small amount for the face and neck, so it's economical. I usually prefer beginning my shaves with a rotary electric razor to remove surface stubble and minimize skin irritation, which prolongs the sharpness of my safety razors.

I can't say enough good about this product. Being in a tube makes it easy to use when traveling. My guess is that it is the same gel that is on the Gillette Fusion Safety Razor to ensure smooth shaving. If not, it's a close relative. It puts an invisible gliding surface on the skin to prevent irritation. Doesn't feel gooey like lotions or creams. Love this stuff!

Hopefully this stuff is selling well enough to keep it on the market -- excellent for facial shaving, much better than a gel-foam.

PLeasantly surprised at this product's effectiveness. For traveling, it's great to have a shaving gel container that is not a spray canister - less space and less danger of leakage.

It's true, this product is not intended for facial hair trimming (beards) as it states in the directions but it is great for shaving. Easy to apply and lets you see where you are shaving. My skin does not fill as dry afterwards as it did with traditional shaving creams. A small amount goes a long way. When used as directed this product does an excellent job.

I have been looking for a low-foam gel product that doesn't irritate my skin or leave it feeling like I used a blow torch to shave. For me, this is the one. I've found that it works best with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor and blades, but I also used it to finish up my other blades before making the total switch to this product, and it was still a pretty good shave. I use it on my face and now I actually don't dread shaving every morning like I used to!

I prefer to use shaving gels and creams, and have bought products like King of Shaves and Neutrogena right here at drugstore.com, so when I saw this new product I bought a couple.

Like most guys, I barely read the instructions, I wet my face and squeezed some product in my hand and rubbed it on. It felt like I was dry shaving. I even changed blades and used more gel.

Afterwards, I read the full three lines of instructions, and the last line states "Not Intended For Use In Facial Hair Trimming". No kidding, I guess that says it all.
