I get a stomach ache after taking calcium in pill form. I have tried taking the pills after meals and also after a light snack. Neither seems to work as I always feel sick. Gummy bites are no problem and taste great. I have no side effects when taking these.

It's still a good option if you don't like the chalky pills. But the taste has changed some and I don't like it as much as before.

In the past,I have had difficulty taking a Calcium supplement. This is the first time I have been able to take calcium without that "pit in the stomach" feeling. Now I can follow my doctor's recommendation to help prevent osteoporosis.
