The curling iron itself does a good enough job. It's the constant twisting and tangling of the cord that is very annoying! When the description states the cord as being tangle-free, THAT; is a lie.

This is the best curling iron I've ever used. It heats up very fast and the curls last. My thin straight hair doesn't hold curl very well but with this iron, they last. Highly recommend.
