Indications

Aids in the prevention of dental cavities.

Warnings

Read directions for proper use. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

My mouth remains moist and never dry. I wish the sodium flouride was separate so that I could rinse flouride out and just enjoy the wonderful effect of this mouthwash in my mouth as I fall asleep.

Save your money and purchase a less expensive mouth wash if you use one at all.
I find brushing my teeth with an electric toothbrush for 6 minutes (3 on top and 3 on the bottom) is all I need for clean teeth and gums. And drinking water and carrying a bottle with me at all times is the only thing that helps my dry mouth.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have suffered from dry mouth for years and have been searching for a mouthwash. When I first saw an advertisement for ACT I couldn't wait to try it. It may not completely take care of dry mouth but my breath feels so much fresher without any of the discomfort other mouthwashes cause.

Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 millimeters (10 mL mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 mL mark. Vigorously swish 10 millimeters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.
