Not recommended for: High gloss, polished, dark, brushed, satin and faux surfaces, bare and polished wood, copper, stainless steel, or vehicle body. **Rinse required for dishwashing and surfaces in direct contact with food. Do not use with chlorine bleach or other household cleaners.

I love magic erasers. They work on basically any surface and stain. The only thing I don't like is how they fall apart easily. But I will continue to buy them.

I bought this with the intent to clean my bathtub & surround -- and it did a good job removing soap scum and whatnot -- but it broke apart after squeezing the water out of it to activate the soap inside, and then started to "shed" as I was scrubbing the tub. I sure hope the sponge is biodegradable, because bits and pieces ended up going down the drain!

Excellent for cleaning ceramic tile shower surround, ceramic tile wall wainscoting and glass shower doors. You will be surprised at how shiny your tile is under the dust scum. Also good for the exterior part of the tub. Does not really require elbow grease but does require the arm stamina to wipe everything you want to clean. Gentle enough on hands that you can clean without gloves. I recommend rinsing everything when done- just with a wet cloth. Not as economical as other cleaning methods but worth it.

I was definitely a little skeptical when I first tried this, but it really works. Normally, it takes at least a half hour of heavy scrubbing to clean my tub & shower - I got better results with 10 minutes of wiping with the Magic Eraser.

When my handyman was over fixing and installing things he spoke with enthusiasm about how well these work. He mentioned how both he and his wife use them daily. Older guys like him won't usually be so entusiatic or want to spend their money on new kinds of cleaning products. I ordered some here and actually had fun going around my place removing stains I thought were permanent or needed painting over.
