This is a godsend. I had tried the Phyto line for dandruff and it didn't seem to work for me, but Nizoral is amazing. The flakes are gone and I felt confident enough to wear a black suit to a recent job interview which I would have never done a month ago. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to get rid of dandruff, this IS the shampoo to get. I have struggled for YEARS to stop the flaking. I have used every dandruff shampoo you can think of that is on the shelf before Nizoral. It has now been a little over a week, and my dandruff is just about non-existent. Before, I could take a black piece of paper and make snow. Now, nothing. I am super happy about this product, and now I don't have a constantly itchy head. I was seriously reserved to buy this, thinking it would be wasted money. It was the best money I spent.

This is the best dandruff shampoo ever!!! I am African-American, and I can't wash my hair more than once a week. This shampoo works from week to week! I've tried the ENTIRE Head & Shoulders line, and none of them worked as good as Nizoral....and the smell if great too! Highly recommended!!!

This product is amazing. I tried tea tree oil based shampoos, Head & Shoulders, TGel you name it. Nothing worked until a stylist at a photo shoot recommended Nizoral 1% that I could purchase in a drugstore. It worked immediately. I couldn't believe that I'd never heard of it before, and I can't say enough good things about it.

Due to stress and depression, I developed seborrheic dermatitis. My scalp never seemed to clear up despite trying to use TGel, Head and Shoulders, and Denorex. By far, this has been the only product to thoroughly get rid of the dry, itchy scalp, and dandruff. As a girl with thick, coarse and wavy hair to begin with, I strongly recommend that you use a heavy duty conditioner afterwards.

Not all flakes on the scalp are caused by the same thing.I've had seborrheic dermatitis for over 30 years. It seemed to get worse as I aged and consequently as I became diabetic. Those yeast cells were being fed well with my increased blood glucose. Ordinary dandruff shampoos did little. I got not even a day's respite from the crust and redness. Within 1 week of 2 shampoos, my scalp was free of dander and redness. I tried it all and it took this OTC product to put a halt to the Malasezzia. I have very curly hair, so double up on a good conditioner for dryness, and you're good to go!

I had severe dermatitis caused by stress several years ago. I used this product, and yes, it cleared up the condition --but it left my hair feeling like wool. I am a Black American so perhaps it was too strong for my hair type (which needs moisture). I ended up having to cut my hair within a inch of its life because of the the breakage and damage to the hair (I had brastrap length hair). My hair has grown back now...2 years later, but I still get shivers when I see the product. New users...be careful!! --monitor it for yourself, follow-up with intensive conditioner--this is just my experience...
