This is a very flavorful hot sauce. It doesn't burn my taste buds with excessive heat; just enough to know it IS hot sauce. I'm very sorry it's been out of stock for so long. I need to buy more somewhere.

In my experience with hot sauces, I only taste "heat" This sauce actually has flavor, in addition to the heat.
I love this and use it on everything I can.
