I love Mio Energy because it's so easy to store and use. I keep it in my purse and squeeze about 2 squirts into my water bottle before I workout. It really does give you energy and helps motivate me :)Sometimes I drink it in the morning too instead of coffee. One bottle lasts a long time and they have tons of yummy flavors. It's also a lot better for you than any carbonated energy drink! I buy it all the time and my friends think it tastes great too. But be careful not to use too much because you can notice your heart rate increase.
