This is the first energy gel product I've tried, but I am not too keen on the Berry Blast flavor.

For immediate energy, consume with water every 20-45 minutes during activity. Before: Take 1-2 gels 10-20 minutes before exercise. During: For activities lasting more than 1 hour, take 1 gel every 20-45 minutes during exercise. Make sure that you wash down PowerBar® energy gels with plenty of water.
