I bought this on accident when I meant to buy another Cover Girl mascara. I've had no issues with this mascara running or smudging and the same is true of the non-waterproof version (except I can't attest to what it actually does in water). This perfectly separates my lashes and goes on very nice. I'm not totally sure about lengthening, but my main concern with mascaras recently was smudging and flaking. This mascara does neither and I love it and am back to buy more.

This mascara smuged horribly. I even tried using a hairdryer to set it. Still ended up looking like a racoon. Avoid this product.

This product lives up to its claims; it lengthens lashes and does not cause clumping. Just last night I was caught in a major downpour, and there was no streaking, so it definitely really is waterproof, too. The only complaint I have is that in high humidity (I live in NC), it does smear off just a little bit, at the top of my eye. Other than that, it is a good and reasonably priced waterproof mascara.

This mascara delivers exactly what it advertises. I have tried so many mascaras that promise length and definition and do not deliver as promised. i highly recommend this mascara
