It tastes terrible, but I like having biotin included as a supplement. I put one under my tongue and a gummy vitamin over the tongue to distract my taste buds while it dissolves. Will try a different product when I finish the bottle.

I am amazed at the other reviews. If you don't care for the taste just swallow the tablet. But, I put on of these under my tongue and let it dissolve so it gets absorbed quicker than having to digest. This B complex works so good, I will not be without it. I notice a different in energy levels when I do not take it. They are yellow as all b vitamins are and they sort of have that b vitamin taste (as all b vitamins do) which is not great. Stevia is added for sweetness. I take these for energy and do not care if they taste good or bad. They make me feel better which to me is much more important than a bad taste that will pass, just take a sip of water afterwards if needed. But, I don't find them offensive anyway.

This product dissolves in your mouth, but it tastes so bad that I have to try to swallow it with water. Even then I still get the bad taste because it starts to dissolve immediately. I have used sublinguals before and they always taste good, but not these. In the past I bought folic acid and biotin sublinguals, which I like. I decided to try this product because it has folic acid, biotin and b vitamins in one dissolving tablet. I believe that it's the b vitamins in the product that makes it taste bad. I will not use this particular product again.

You are to take two tablets a day. They are meant to disolve under your tongue. They taste soo bad that I had to hurry and swallow before the taste settled on my tongue which was instantly. They are vitamins. Do we even know if vitamins work? I will continue to take vitamins just not this kind.

Oh my! I put these pills under my tongue and was shocked at how strong and horrible the taste was. There is stevia in these according to the ingredient list but all I could detect is a strong chemical taste that lingers. I will definitely not ever put them under my tongue again. I must drink these with water in the future in order to get them down.
