Wish I'd found this product sooner for my cycles of insomnia. I didn't want to take drugs because they either didn't work or left me feeling groggy. One half dose of Simply Sleep and I can sleep through the night. Two or three nights of taking this product allows me to break the insomnia pattern and resume sleeping on my own again. I never wake up tired or groggy.

I've got pretty bad insomnia. I can easily go days to a week without a good night's sleep. Ive tried these along with regular Tylenol PM and only occasionally do they help at all. The worst part is that when I do fall asleep, inevitably, I wake up with a sleep hangover; which for me is waking up groggy with a pounding headache. The limited relief they give is simply not worth feeling terrible in the morning.

I have insomnia and for an over the counter medication without possiblity of becoming dependent or addicted to it works pretty good. Only other thing that worked better for me was ambien which is highly addictive.

Works quite well. Didn't feel too groggy when I wasn't able to get the full eight hours, and it doesn't contain all the extra medicine that Tylonal PM would have.

I have horrible insomnia: it takes me hours to fall alseep, and then I keep waking up in the middle of the night. It's horrible!! So I decided to give this pill a try. I've taken the recommended dose (2 pills) every night for a week, and it didn't help me at all. It didn't make me feel sleepy, and once I fell alseep I kept waking up. I feel so cheated. I'm going to try melatonin and hope that it works better. Simply Sleep is not worth the price!

Has worked well for me in breaking the insomnia cycle. I like the fact that it's two caplets/full dose, so I can take a half dose easily if I want to do so. Even the full dose doesn't leave me groggy in the morning.
