We bought this thing about three weeks ago. In that little bit of time the batteries died and the thing went from giving consistent results to showing weight swings of several pounds when I step off and then back on after letting it clear out. I rate this thing as a complete piece of junk. I do not recommend it.

I stood on this scale at three different times, same place, got three different readings. Once it was 3 pounds different (heavy), then it was 4 pounds lighter...not sure what is going on...now I have to send this item back.

I love this scale because it is easy to read and has the wider base for me since I am heavy. It comes on with just a touch and quickly goes off when you are done.

This is so easy to use. Just tap on it to come on, then get on. Step off after a few seconds and read the results. I have to step off because I can't look straight down and see the numbers yet, tummy in the way. It goes off very shortly thereafter. No battery waste. It is so nice to be able to stand at a comfortable stance, with the wide base. Get one!
