I like the taste of these bars. They are satisfying and crunchy, and lighter than those thick chewy bars which are too heavy for me. I don't feel hungry for a long time after eating them. It's also good that there are no artificial colors, flavors, etc. The drawback for me is that they don't use organic ingredients. Also, I wish they used a healthier sweetener rather than corn syrup. There are other types of sweeteners which are less processed and not as bad for you. So...even though they are touted as "all natural", they don't meet my criteria for that description.

I've tried every single meal replacement bar on the market and there's something good to be said for most of them. I like to have a variety on hand to satisfy my different moods and hungers, but this is my favorite of them all. I can run out of any of the others but this one is always in my pantry. It's not too peanut buttery, it's just the right amount of sweetness (for me), and there's a satisfying crunch. It's like a meal and dessert in one. It fills me up for at least 3-4 hours and I'm not craving anything more. Love it.
