I love the Maybelline line of mascaras, but this one in particular works wonders for me. I prefer the waterproof since I use this as a primer mascara (1st layer) and top it off with other mascaras that truly add more volume or length. But I love it, does the trick and the waterproof helps keep the curl. Will definitely repurchase!

I tried this product after reading about it on a few blogs and I was really impressed. Now by no means do I think it actually makes you appear to have false eyelashes like the name of it suggests, but it does really add volume and length. I am Asian American and therefore am eyelash challenged (both in volume and length) so the fact that I did notice that my lashes seemed more dramatic and full shows that this product is worth its affordable price. I would probably compare this mascara to Benefit's "They're Real" or Cover Girl's Lash Blast.
For best results, apply the Maybelline New York Volum' Express The Falsies Flared Wasterproof Mascara spoon curler brush with the spoon side against the lashes and then flare outwards with the flat side from root to tip.
