Don't Buy This - does not work!

Don't buy this - the [$] monitor plus[$]another for 30 test strips is a rip off, the monitor itself is totally unnecessary and does not even work correctly. I tried this for two month, and although I was ovulating this very expensive monitor never showed it - my OBGYN recommended to get a regular cheap ovulating kit: I used: Answer Daily Ovulation Tracker - [$], 20 strips one month supplies, no batteries needed, and you can read it easy of the strip.. save your money!

My husband and I tried for years to have a child. I decided to purchase this monitor and we conceived the first month I used it!!! I found out I ovulate very late..instead of day 14 it was day 21!! We now have a very healthy 6 month old son. I will use again...when we decide to try for another child!

This is an excellent product that I would recommend to anyone trying to conceive. My husband and I conceived the second month of using this monitor. I was surprised by the days the monitor told me I had peak fertility, as it was actually sooner than I would have guessed -- it was before the traditional 14 day mark. But, obviously, it was correct. I now have a beautiful, healthy daughter who is almost six months old -- sometimes I wonder if she would exist if it weren't for this monitor. I plan to use the monitor and test sticks again when we try for our second child.

We had been trying to conceive for over a year. We conceived after our second month of using this fertility monitor. To make a long story short I actually ovulate a week later than I thought! So, all this time we have been missing our opportunity by trying on the wrong days! This has been a blessing to us. This is a MUST buy. For those of you who are skeptical...first of all, if this monitor does not detect ovulation...either you didnt ovulate or you may have used it incorrectly. I dont understand why people blame the monitor if if doesnt detect ovulation. It is not the monitor's fault if you dont ovulate...it could very well mean that you have some sort of hormone imbalance or some other condition. If you strongly feel it is the monitor, complain and get a new one. Also, for the person who was skeptcial about all of the reviews that started with "I swore I would write a review if it worked" - well, I dont know about anyone else but I NEVER EVER write reviews but since it worked so well for us, I decided to write a review to help others. I am pregnant and happy and probably wouldnt be right now without this monitor.

We had tried for over 6 months to get pregnant, and the heartbreak kept returning every time I got my period - anyone who has cried on their bathroom floor knows what I mean. We were continually using fertility test strips, and tracking ovulation, but nothing was working. This product was recommended to me on a chat board on[*], and I bought it even though it was really expensive. We used it for my next cycle, and I finally missed my period! I tested the day my period was missed, and finally got that wonderful + sign on the test. We are now 8 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins, thanks to the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. We plan to use it in the future when we are ready for our next child. I really do recommend this product to anyone looking for something that actually works.

I went off the pill in late December in the hopes of getting pregant in February/March. I used the Monitor in January and February and I got pregnant during my February cycle. I was really pleased with monitor, it told me exactly when I was approaching high fertility and peak fertility. This is our first baby and it is due in November!!

I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to share my successes! This monitor was extremely easy to use. I was on bcp for 12 years and starting using the monitor the first month after a cycle off of bcps. I got high fertility days for 14 days, but no peak days. I read in earlier reviews that this could happen, so I didn't worry about it. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests, and all 3 were positive! I highly recommend the monitor, especially if you have long cycles like me (40 days). Good Luck.

Bought this product to get a feel for when I was ovulating. Tried OPK before and had trouble either finding LH surge or reading the results at all. Anyway bought Clear Blue monitor February 09 and am now shockingly 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. I read other reviews about first time success, but never thought it could happen to myself having PCOS. Don't waste your time with disposable ovulation kits, I used my FSA to purchase CBEFM.

I bought this because i had been trying for 3 months without success and got concerned that i may not be fertile anymore. i only got to use it for one month because i had already conceived the month before.its really easy to use and read so good luck! i really wanted to share my experience but am just happy with my positive results 12 weeks now!

I have been using this monitor for quite some time, and it really is accurate and easy-to-use. However, like one of the reviewers previously menitoned, I don't think you can pee on the stick and put it in the machine. My machine is now broken, so I have to buy another one.
