A little does go a long way.This stuff is very slippery, but very thick. If you let it dry it DOES get really sticky. My husband and I hated the fact that you have to use A LOT of soap and water to get this stuff off.

Astroglide is the perfect lubricant for sex toys because it's so slippery. As a male I highly recommend it for lubricating anything non-human you are going to penetrate (like one of those gel things when my wife is away on a trip). I prefer something less slippery for sex with a human, because a little friction feels good for me and her. The "warming" version of Astroglide isn't so slippery, and does better for human interaction.

The lubrication factor is superior to most but the vaginal -for my wife is unacceptable- it's the glycerin-it casues a major disruption- as soon as we elimnated the glycerin based Astroglide and switched to Wet Lube everything straightened itself out- we have gone to Wet lube for all insertions- for me it's on a par with the Astroglide. But if your lady is having problems - you might want to eliminate the glycerin.

This is a very good product, but not perfect. My wife and I have been using it for probably 15 years, have tried a LOT of different lubes, and keep coming back to this stuff. Once there's a little natural lubrication to go with the Astroglide, it's fabulous. It's great with toys too. Having said all this, it does get sticky if you let it dry, AND THE CAP IS BAD. I keep an old bottle before the change, and fill it from the new. If it lays in a drawer, and you haven't really securely closed it, it will leak like crazy. I'm still looking for the perfect lube, and haven't found it yet.

So far, the best I've tried. It washes off easily, but lasts a long time. It also washes completely out of fabric without leaving oily stains.
