Bottom Line: recommended

While some people may find this a "larger" tablet to swallow, for most, this is not bad at all. There are many more supplements and medications that are truly too large for most to take without crushing or halving. I find these Centrum tabs easy to swallow and highly effective.

While this is a very good multi-vitamin, you may want to think about the liquid version or the chewables...only because these pills are somewhat on the large size and may be hard for you to swallow. I have tried to cut them in half...but this can lead to crushed or uneven pill halves. I go with the chewables.
