I like the shampoo and conditioner just fine. They work pretty good for an all natural. I have been using this a long time. They origianlly sold it in a larger thicker bottle. They changed to this squeezy tube version that collects water in the lid now. Plus the size is smaller. I've been waiting to see if they come out with a "Refill" size as they said the have considered. But nothing so far. Other products that work similarly for an all natural product can be found at a better size & price. So, while I do like this product. I'm tired of having to pay for and replace it so often.

After using this shampoo for several weeks, I have noticed that my hair doesn't get limp as quickly after shampooing and retains more volume than with previous shampoos I have used.
I've found that using this shampoo in conjunction with using conditioner only on the bottom half of my hair and never near the roots helps with retaining volume at the roots.
Additionally, using products free from any harsh and potentially toxic ingredients is important to me, and I am pleased that I have found a shampoo that meets these criteria.
I like this product enough that I have already reordered it and would recommend it to those who are looking for a shampoo free of harsh chemicals as well as to those who would like more voluminous hair.

My hair is the type that gets used to a shampoo and then totally flops, so I always have 2 or 3 different shampoos in my shower and switch it up each day. I decided to give this one a try since it is for normal to dry/limp hair. I would consider my hair normal, though it does tend to go limp depending on the products I use. I find that this shampoo really delivers and leaves my hair clean and not weighed down. When I use other shampoos I have to use some sort of smoothing serum to help with flyaways, but not with this. I think perhaps it is because of the natural oils already included in this product. I was also shocked at how large the bottle was! I would definitely purchase this again.
Apply to wet hair. Massage into scalp and hair, working through the ends. Rinse thoroughly. Feel free to belt out some horrible 80's tune that you listen to when nobody's around. Whatever, you totally do it.
