Much easier than hauling out the iron and ironing board! I never had the patience for ironing. Especially with intricate shirts, going around pockets and buttons and all. This just couldn't be easier. I hung up my dress on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. It had been on the bench at the end of my bed for 2 weeks. It was a mess. In minutes it looked amazing! The steamer is powerful and super hot (watch out if kids are underfoot). It took a slight bit more effort than I imagined...have to go over deep creases more than once. But still, much easier than the old fashioned way. I'm tossing my iron. This is all I need!

I purchased this steamer and really liked the power and convenient size. Over the first 11 months I used the steamer maybe 6 times and it stopped working. I contacted Conair and they replaced the unit. I used the replacement unit literally 2 times in a 3 month period and the same problem occurred. I contacted Conair and now they tell me that steamer is out of warranty because the original 12 months elapsed? In essence they are not guaranteeing a consecutive 12 month period but a one-time 12 month period from original date of purchase. Their business model is to sell cheap and faulty designed equipment knowing that a certain number of steamers will come back and will be eventually out of warranty leaving the customer without a working steamer. That is unethical, misleading, & a scam. No more Conair products for me. I hope this information is useful.

I bought this steamer five months ago and it stop working. I didn't even used it very often. When I used it it was fine. I guess it is a disposable product, so beware if you are considering buying this product, because it doesn't going to last... What a waist of money.

I have been wanting to get a quality steamer for some time and this one fits the bill...it saved me so much time today getting my clothes ready for the workweek. It was was so easy to use and steamed all my blouses perfectly in a fraction of the time it takes with the iron. Goodbye iron!! So glad I purchased this and highly recommend it.

I bought this to use as part of my bed bug treatment. I steam my bedroom carpet, as well as the crevices in the walls and my clothing in the closet. I like the setting that gives you a constant burst of steam and high or low heat. I just wish I knew the exact temperature of the high and low settings since bedbugs need to be killed at above 200 degrees. The attachments slide off sometimes too. Overall, I am still satisfied with the product.

This is the best little steamer I have ever seen for the money. I have a floor model with the shirt rack and it rolls, but I paid over $100 for it and it does not work half as well as this little thing does! You get steam immediately so you don't have to wait for it to heat up. It works so well on LOW that I don't even use HIGH. I even steam jeans with it! The only small drawback is that it's a little heavy. I just can't believe how inexpensive it was. All I can say is....BUY IT!!!
