I use a clear Breathe Right strip every night to reduce mouth breathing. At first, I developed a sore spot on the bridge of my nose. Now, I press a tiny square of toilet paper against the center of the adhesive side before applying the strip to my nose. Works like a charm!

These strips definitely help open your nose, but my skin tends to be on the oily side so they don't always stick very well to my nose.

I use these every night to stop a mild sleep disorder. I get a great night's sleep now without waking up in the night. The strip applies easily onto clean skin and stays on through the night. To remove easily, I squinch up my nose and it comes off without a problem.
