Maybe I'm the only person in this world who has trouble with this product. I live in East Tennessee, where everybody has allergies. My nose is swollen shut at least half of the time. So I put on a Breathe Right Strip. It opens my nostrils, and I breathe through my nose....and smile! Then, after about a minute, my nose swells shut again. Only now, my nose is twice as big, and swollen shut! Before Breathe Right my nose is swollen shut. After Breathe Right my nose is hideously large and swollen shut. Where is the win here? Does anybody else have this problem?

May I offer a word of advise.......Next time you see a mouth-breather, please realize that that person would probably die if he/she didn't have his/her mouth open!

I was going to have to choose between insomnia and the discomfort of a breathing machine. These strips keep me breathing comfortably all night. What a simple solution! And it makes travel possible sgsin. Recommend a trial.

My husband had deviated septum sergery; but continues to use this product and mostly sleeps well and is rested the next morning... and he doesn't snore (but don't know if that has anything to do with the product).

Due to a small protrusion inside one nostril, and the fact that moving air has less pressure than still air, my sleeping position was determined by which nasal passage was clear. With Breathe Right, I can sleep however I want, because it prevents the side of the nose from collapsing, when the room air pressure is greater than the inside nostril air pressure. It has contributed greatly to a good night's sleep. I praise the person who developed it, and at the same time I curse the product, because I can't get a good night's sleep without it. However, I would rather spend the money to have this, than to not have it. I have used other imitation products, but I prefer this one. I have noticed that the flesh on my nose has developed a flat spot where the strip is placed. I have used this for about 5 years.

My husband doesn't go to sleep without one of these on his nose. It hasn't cut down on his snoring altogether, but has greatly diminished it. Makes for a much better night's sleep for me!

Whenever I am congested I use these strips and then I can breathe perfectly.

I have tried everything to be able to breathe at night. This is the BEST product I have found even though it will "grab" hair at night that can tickle.
Also, I have a little allergy to what these are made of (it bothers me a little by morning) BUT, BEING ABLE TO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT IS WORTH ANY SMALL PROBLEMS!

My Husband has allergies and this helped his stuffy nose and helped stop snoring.
