It takes a bit to dry, but has a lovely scent. It eliminates perspiration.

I use it after a shower at night, I find it feels messy and after a nights sleep I don't feel fresh under my arms.

Really works....probably has ingredients that are "bad" for you BUT, it really works!! I'm a repeat purchaser - this is the only deodorant I use. If you're not careful and use too much, it will leave a white residue (I put it on, put on my bathrobe to absorb any extra while I do my makeup....yes, the directions say to use it at night but I use it in the morning after my shower....no problems with that)

I have tried all presciption type deo/anti perspirant but this is the first one that even my skin tone the longer you use the lighter your skin not like other product that contain 20% Alum that makes your skin darker. I used this product since it came out of the market.

I have read the negative reviews posted here and wonder if we bought the same product. I have tried previous Dove anti-perspirants (the solid sticks and gels) and did not like them at all; they were not strong enough for my perspiration level. Dove Clinical Strength Skin Renew Clear Tone is great--it controls my perspiration level and odor, even for a second day if I miss my morning shower. While the fragrance is strong when first applied, it fades fairly quickly. Very excited about the possibility of clearing the blotches in my armpits from years of antiperspirant use!

I was excited to try Dove's clinical that also evens skin tone. First of all, the smell is STRONG. I got used to it after a while, but what I found totally unacceptable was the lack of sweat protection and odor control! I can't believe that I had sweaty pits mid day and B.O.! And to top it all off, it stained my white t-shirt! Original Dove Clinical always kept me dry, fresh, and never discolored my clothing. I am going to stick with what works. This one sucks.

I had a very bad allergic reaction to this. I regularly use Dove Clinical Protection Original Clean formula & have never had any issues with that one. When I heard about Clear Tone I was intrigued by the concept & decided to give it a try. I should've looked at the ingredients list because there are many more listed that are not included in the Original Clean formula & perhaps one of these ingredients gave me the reaction. I now have dark spots from the rash this anti-perspirant created when it's supposed to prevent them! I'd warn against trying this if you have allergies or if you have sensitive skin. I'm still not clear which of the ingredients gave me the reaction, only that - clearly - I need to stay away from this product. Of course, I went back to my Original Clean formula.
