Comments about SleepRight Nasal Breathe Aid, 1 ea:
I read the negative reviews on these Sleep Right nasal dilators but decided to give it a try anyways. I have a deviated septum on the right side and it is a little difficult to shove that in my right nostril at night. I use these at night for sleeping. (Wish I could use it in the daytime too) but a little difficult to walk around with these in my nose. They do not go in all the way in my nostrils like shown on the photos, at least in my nose. But nonetheless, it really works for me. They do not fall out. Oh, also, they do pinch somewhat and you just have to loosen the "ring" part of it and stretch it to your nose. I am ready to order my 3rd pair.

Difficult to use, caused a sore in my nostril that stayed painful for a week. Could not wear this thing for over night. Consequently I continued to snore. I would not recommend this product.

Not only is it too uncomfortable for restful sleep, there is not evidence to indicate that stretching the nostrils for 8 hours a day will not disfigure.

Comments about SleepRight Nasal Breathe Aid, 1 ea:
I breathe so much better at night and snore less. It took a few nights for my nose to adjust, but it was worth it. No discomfort at all after that. They recommend replacing after a fairly short duration, but I clean mine well (soak it in peroxide during the day) and have had it for a while. I will definitely be buying more of these. A great product. I think I will get an extra to try while bike riding, I think it would help my breathing while exercising also.
Comments about SleepRight Nasal Breathe Aid, 1 ea:
These little things are great for opening up your nasal passages during sleep. They're not easy to insert, but once inserted properly are comfortable and will not slip out during the night. Nozovent's are easier to insert, but if you have any runniness in the nostrils they will slip out. I've used many nostril openers, and these Sleep Right's are the best I've found.
Comments about SleepRight Nasal Breathe Aid, 1 ea:
They say it is soft and comfortable. How is a hard piece of plastic placed in your nose comfortable? You should lie on your side to avoid snoring but if you do, the pressure of your pillow will cause pain. I removed it 4 hours ago and my nose is still tender and painful. Does it open up your passages? Yes. Is it worth it? Heck no. Way too painful.
