Oh my goodness!! If you are on a low carb diet and are craving a sweet snack that does not taste diety, then you must try these! I feel guilty eating these because they taste so good! Only a few net carbs in each bar! You can't go wrong...you will be hooked. Wish they were less expensive.

I am a regular exerciser. When I want a light meal before working out, the Adkins bars have all the high quality nutrition I need. I choose the ones that contain the highest amount of protein for sustained strength. I also take one of the bars with me when I am away from home for part of the day so I have a quick energy boost.

This is more expensive than the other Atkins snacks, but it is really delicious and you will hardly believe it is low carb. It's sweet and crunch and chocolatey... I sometimes have one bar in place of dessert when the urge strikes!

I have been living a low carb lifestyle for over 2 years and I love the Atkins line of products. I've lost over 100 pounds and these little treats are such a great pick me up. They are low carb, taste great and are low in sugar. These bars are crunchy and perfect to curb any chocolate cravings. Be warned that if you eat more than 1 per day, your body might react to the sugar alcohols in the product and you'll get a little gassy.
