This heating pad is proving to be the best I've ever bought; and believe me, I've bought many over the last 22 years following an accident which resulted in my being in constant pain. I mention that because I know there are so many others who are like me and perhaps my review will give them hope that there is a finally a well made, good functioning pad. I like the following features of this heating pad: auto shut off or leave on; large digital numbers showing the heating levels; having more choices of heat levels; it is pliable so it can conform to different areas of the body; it heats up quickly; it is not a piece of plastic inside a cover that constantly comes unsnapped; and the warranty.
I bought this heating pad for my daughter and she loves it. She is tall and has a bad back. She loves the length and the fact that it doesn't have a removable cover to bunch up. I have one too and I love mine as well

The best heating pad. Very soft and flexible, some heating pads are plastic in some sort of cloth pouch, not this one, you can easily wrap around back, shoulders or leg. Offers more heat options and the option to use without auto off, you can use the heat for as long as you need it. I will be purchasing a second one.

I have chronic pain that needs heat, almost daily, and have had so many heating pads and my biggest complaint was they all shut off in 2 hours. On this heating pad you can choose to have it stay on until you want to shut it off, or you can choose auto 2 hr shut off. Finally! I really didn't want to buy anything Sunbeam due to previous experience but the reviews convinced me and I'm glad I bought it. It heats in seconds, heats evenly, has a comfortable pad and I really like the controller with all the heat settings. Did I mention you can set it to stay on? I love it!
Had low back surgery done few months ago so ordered this x-large Sunbeam heating pad. I love it. It's large, soft, has 6 levels of heat, heats up in 30 seconds, has extra long cord(most others have cords that are too short),and it has a 2-hour sleep setting which I like.
