I have used many creams and lotions, but nothing really improved the appearance of my skin. I tried CeraVe after seeing it advertised on TV, and I can scarcely believe the difference it has made in my skin. I apply it after showering in the morning, and if I am not too tired, reapply at night. It was doing such a great job on my arms and legs that I decided to try it on crepey neck skin and on crow's feet and upper lip wrinkles. Jury is still out on these last two applications, but, hey, it can't hurt, and the remarkable difference in my other skin suggests it may have good effect! Also, it wasn't very effective for the bumps on the back of my arms, which is the main reason I bought it to try out. Since it was so expensive, I don't want it to go to waste, so I've been slathering it on my feet at night & I have to say for that purpose it has been EXTREMELY effective. My feet the next day are sooo insanely smooth it's ridiculous! :) But I still hesitate to recommend it b/c it IS so expensive for the small amount you get, and there are much cheaper foot lotions out there that are just as effective. I'm only trying to use it up for that reason, but I'm not really planning on repurchasing unless maybe it's deeply discounted by at least 1/2% or something. Comments about CeraVe Renewing Lotion, 8 fl oz: Contains a high enough percentage of active ingredient to be truly effective. Has eliminated tiny bumps on upper arms and back. When traveling I use as my anti-aging facial product and body lotion, so only one product to pack.

Comments about CeraVe Renewing Lotion, 8 fl oz: My forearm skin was beginning to look age related wrinkly when I began using this product. Now, several weeks later it is noticeably smoother. I am frankly amazed, but extremely happy with the results. It doesn't totally absorb like the lotion, but neither is it sticky. It's more like an invisible film. I heartily recommend it, especially for sun damaged skin. I don't use it on my face, but that could be a possibility.

Cons Best Uses Comments about CeraVe Renewing Lotion, 8 fl oz: Recommended by my dermatologist for foot problems caused by dry skin and in a short time it worked. I use it twice a day, morning and night on my feet but also a few times during the day on my hands and arms because I live in an area that usually has very dry air.

Even tried Neutrogena Body clear Body Wash and got minimal results. I get immediate results with this lotion within the same day!!! Will always buy this lotion.

I will put this lotion on at night or after getting out of the shower and by the next day the bumps are completely gone! Love this lotion.
