I bought this shampoo because the product I was using dried out my hair and made it dull. Evercreme has restored the shine and softness.

It doesn't lather particularly well, is very light, and you have to use a lot to feel like you're getting the full effect, but it's worth it to rejuvenate dry, flyaway hair.

I bought this product because my Herbal Essences Shampoo was drying out my hair. Evercreme worked well in healing the damage - My hair is now shinier and healthier looking.

My main objection is that the shampoo doesn't lather well. It takes far more of this shampoo to get my hair clean than I am used to using.

It smells nice - a little medicine-y, but generally an okay fragrance.

I have shoulder-length very thick hair and this is my HG shampoo. It smells great and leaves my hair feeling so soft. It is sulfate free so it doesn't lather like other "regular" shampoos but that's great for my color-treated hair; color fading is so minimal when using this.

I've read other reviews for this product and don't understand where some of the comments are coming from. This product doesn't lather like some may be used to so I could see how it would be easy to end up using too much which in turn creates problems with getting all of the product rinsed out. This is a thick cream shampoo so you have to be careful with that but I have had zero problems with gunky residue. I add a squirt to my hand and smooth it over the top of my hair then work it in with my fingers. After that I stick my head under the water for just a second and this helps to create more lather.

My local stores no longer carry this Ever Creme line so I'm thrilled that drugstore.com has it. I will be purchasing from here from now on.

I don't use much product...I finish with a light spray of hairspray ... this product is awesome for daily use if you need a sulfate-free shampoo. I have fine, straight hair and a sensitive scalp. This shampoo is perfect.

I was using this shampoo and the corresponding conditioner for quite some time. I have very curly, fuzzy hair and thought it was cool to find an inexpensive shampoo that was free of sulfates and free of supposedly anything that would weigh my hair down.

I kept ignoring the fact that my hair had such a gunky residue, especially at the roots. I thought maybe it was from my styling products. My hair never felt clean. Finally, I decided to try a different shampoo and conditioner, and lo and behold, my hair is now clean and yet still moisturized.

To sum up succinctly, this shampoo is horrible.
