My wife and I have been taking this for over a month now and definitely notice a difference. It is much cheaper and yet more concentrated than a product being touted in an infomercial we've seen. I have arthritis in left shoulder, left hand, and under my right collarbone, and the pain has subsided substantially. We are both sleeping much better and sounder. We both also notice a slow but gentle cleansing process intestinally as well. Looking forward to more positive results in the future as a product like this has to be taken for some time in order to realize all of it's benefits.

I am on my second bottle since I ordered two at that time and I do feel like it is somewhat working but I need to and will order 4 more bottles since I take 3 to 6 ounces first thing in the morning on an empty stomach wait half hour then eat something for breakfast. Inflamation I still feel from time to time because I workout at the gym and I have hip arthritis in my joints. Hoping 4 bottles will do the trick. :)

Must be used properly. Store upside down and then shake WELL before taking. Many different consistencies of juices that need blending to work properly together. Take 3-4 capfuls everyday on empty stomach in morning. Takes 4-5 weeks of EVERY DAY use in correct dosage to take effect 1st time. Good news! After that each day dosage does the work immediately because inflammation is already in control. Especially older folks..we have LOTS of inflammation in back, hips, joints etc. Give it time and you will be shocked at results. I have lost pain pills entirely except on a major flair ups.
I have chronic inflammation due to nerve damage. Neck and back inflame every day with every use... can literally feel and see neck and back swelling under normal use. Using the juice allows my body to fight the inflammation. Takes 5 times longer for my inflammation to kick in so I can physically work more hours pain free. I am VERY active and do physical work 15 hours a day. Once I quit aggrevating the nerve and stop working after 15 hours, inflammation recedes and pain subsides within 30 minutes to 1 hour. AMAZING. Couldn't live without it. Has saved me from surgery.

I take 3 ounces every morning before breakfast. It is the best immune support product I have used. A few years ago I had a bad fall and broke stuff on the right side of my body (wrist, ribs & more). I've been plagued with aches and pains on my right side ever since, while my left side is completely perfect. My worst right-side problem was that my shoulder ached and I could barely lift my right arm without pain, and also had trouble sleeping with that sore shoulder. A friend introduced me to nopal, and I found the Dynamic Health product online. I've been using it for over a year now, and my shoulder is no longer sore, and all my right-side aches and pains are mostly gone.

Since I started to drink about a year ago the cactus pear juice from Dynamic Health Nopal Juice, my immune system has greatly improved. From the beginning of 2012 and up to now in the month of April 2013, I have not suffered from any flu or serious cold. Before this time, It was very common for me to be sick at least three times a year. My wife and son are now regular users of this juice, and they too have noticed some positive changes in their immune system.

I was born with congenital arthritis so that at age two my mother had to rub my legs and/or arms with alcohol and wrap them in blankets so they would heat up and the pain would calm down. After a few days of taking 3oz twice a day of this juice the miracle happened. It had been years that I was not stiff when I walked or not in pain. My family calls my walk "The Frankie" because my stiffness was such that I walk just like Frakenstein at first. Well no more Frankie here. Do youself a favor and try this product it is a God sent for me and I hope for you too.

Started taking Nopal 6 months ago have not stopped, it works that's all i can say. I have severe arthrtis, does not cure it but makes my life much more active and pain free. I really notice the swelling has been reduced to almost nil. On painful days in the past where before starting to use Nopal i would be bed ridden and down for days, i now have not been bed ridden since. Some days are still difficult and painful but this juice works plain and simple. If you live in pain what do you have to loose, if you have tried everything why not one more attempt, i did and i am so happy i did!

I just luv this product. The reason why I like this product so much is because it works for my inflamation of the hips. I workout at the gym on a regular basis and I have been suffering with inflamation in my hips. When I bought this product I started with ordering 2 bottles but I hurried to buy 4 more when I was getting low on the second bottle. The first bottle I had to take it with OJ and it is the first thing that goes into my stomach in the morning. After going through my first bottle I tried it alone and liked the taste so that is how I take it now. I take it 30 minutes before breakfast. Then I head out to the gym.I will be ordering 6 bottles next time : ) when I go halfway through my 4th bottle.
