I had gained around extra 40 lbs in last 3 years as I love to eat and had stopped working out. With my height of only 5.7" I had gone ever weight. Since, my work and my family had occupied my time, I had no time to join the fitness club and work out to loose my weight. Then, a friend of mine, who was concerned about my weight, recommended me to try "Creative Bioscience 30 Day Diet Capsules". I took 2 capsules a day, 30 minutes before breakfast with plenty of water, regularly for about a month. Amazingly, I was able to loose around 29 lbs within a month. I'm impressed by the effectiveness of 30 day diet capsules and would recommend to anyone who want to loose their weight without having spend a lot of time working out. Considering its effectiveness and easy to use method, I find the price reasonable too.

I started taking this a couple of weeks ago and at first I was pretty happy with it. It works best if you workout 3-4 times a week and maintain a pretty healthy diet and this was no problem for me, but what I noticed when I was taking this was that over time, I started to get these horrible migraines. The taste of the pills were kinda gross like rotten vegetables but hey, if it helps to loose weight, no big deal. I think this is a good product but the side effects were pretty rough to handle.

Start Program March 1 March 8th = 3 pound weigh gain I will check in next week March 15th to let you know about week 2 but if I gain anything March 15th will be my last day that I am taking the pills

This product definitely will give you a boost because of the 200 mg of caffeine in 2 capsules, but it has done nothing for me in terms of losing weight. The diet requires you to eat only 1200 calories a day. This is a really low calorie requirement for someone who is active and does intense workouts. I eat about 1400-1600 calories a day.
I would not recommend this product for weight loss, but it is good for an energy boost.

All I can say is this product works! I have tried so many and gave up. This time I have lost 23 of the 40 pounds which has been my goal. My husband finds me sexy again and I have already had to go purchase new clothes. That alone is a thrill. All I can say is I am truly loving the way I look!
