I have very mild dry scalp and use this about once a week in place of my normal shampoo/conditioner and have noticed a bit of improvement in the last month. The smell is really great and I find that it the product itself is gentle, but effective.

I do LOVE the smell of this shampoo. It is nice to get this smell and get the added benefits from an anti-dandruff product. However, for me personally, it was a little heavy. I have (possibly) the world's finest and thinnest hair and I found it to weigh my hair down a bit. I think this might be more "my hair" than an accurate portrayal of the product actually "being heavy." For this reason, I would recommend to people with thicker hair, but not so much for people with thin, fine hair.

I deal with dandruff from time to time, but I hesitated to get an anti-dandruff shampoo since most of them don't smell good (one smelled like tar). Here I found a solution to my dilemma! This stuff works really well at fighting dandruff, and it smells amazing. I have thick hair that I usually wash every other day. This stuff gets my hair clean without drying it out.

This smells great and lathers nicely. I have really thin hair, so I was concerned that this might weigh it down, but I would say it performed just as well as my regular shampoo, plus it has the benefit of anti-dandruff ingredients.
