I tried every single brand of disposable breast pads with my son, and I hated them all - some were itchy and irritating, some wouldn't stick to my bra, some were leaky, some would form a lump in my bra after just a couple of wears. And all were expensive. Then I discovered these, and I never looked back. Now on to my second child, these are the only pads I use. I leak a lot in between feedings so I use between 6 and 10 pads in 24 hours, and the cost can add up, but I buy the 100 count boxes and stock up when they are on sale. Worth every penny!

I use these every day, couldn't live without 'em. The only negative is, once placed inside my nursing bra, they aren't super-smooth in terms of appearance. They make you look a little lumpy.
