Still the best pre-workout I've tried. Nothing unnatural like most of them sold. If you need a natural energy boost like if you have a busy day ahead it works like an energy drink as well.

This is my favorite product to use before a workout for a jolt of energy. I love the natural components so I don't feel like I'm injecting myself with a ton of chemicals. It is best for early morning workouts when you're still feeling a bit sluggish. Especially good before some solid cardio.

I do my workouts every morning before I go to work however at 6am I'm not hungry to eat before hand and every protein shake I tried tasted awful and recked havic on my sensitive empty stomach so when I found out about this product I thought I give it a try. I'm not a coffee drinker and the first time I tried this I noticed a huge difference and gave me the energy I needed for my 1 to 1 1/2 hour workouts. I even liked the taste. My favorite is the Acai berry and most importantly it didn't upset my stomach. I've been using this product every day for almost a year and will never try anything else. It works!

This is just a great product. It gives you a very consistant and natural energy boost. I can make it through an hour workout with ease. Lately if I have a lot to do I've been taking it for the added lift it gives me. What I like most is it's natural, not like other pre-workouts who load up on caffene and things you don't know what they are. There's no crash afterwards and no big insuline spike after you take it. It's a little exspensive but worth it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love this product! It really works. It's not like taking a shot of caffene where you feel jittery, you just feel awake - that's the best way I can describe it. I love all the ingredients too. They've got inflammation covered with the ginger and tumeric and coconut oil. I use it everyday, even when I'm not working out. I like the Acai flavor better than the lemon lime.

It is expensive but when you buy two from Drugstore.com you get a great discount which makes it so reasonable, plus it's much more economical than those energy shots they sell now.
