My husband has been taking this to help him loose weight. It's said to help speed up metabolism. Along w/diet & exercise he takes this and has lost 30 lbs in the last 6 months. When off this, his results are not as great as when he's on it. Great short time solution for weight loss. I've also tried it weeks I'm bloated and want some extra help slimming down and seen good results (3-5lbs in about a week).

I paid for this product, wish I did NOT! I have 10 pounds left and thought this would help get my metabolism up to speed. Took it for one month and not a single pound. I exercise and eat right. Just needed a little help. this was not it.

This made my fiance and I both breakout, I read that this could be a side effect of DHEA. Will not use again, used for a month, didn't see any results of it other than the breakout.
Take one (1) capsule upon waking and one (1) capsule before midday meal, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. DHEA serum blood tests are suggested 3 to 6 weeks after initiating DHEA supplementation to optimize individual needs. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
